Xinzhen Street, a street under the jurisdiction of Fangshan District, Beijing, is located between longitude 116°01′42″~116°03′49″ East and latitude 39°43′44″~39°44′56″ North. Located in the central part of Fangshan District, it borders Yancun Town in the east, south and west, and is adjacent to Qinglonghu Town in the north. The total area of the district is about 1.3 square kilometers.
In 1955, the state established the Chinese nuclear science research base, formerly known as 401 Institute, now known as the China Institute of Atomic Energy Science. 1958, the Chinese Academy of Sciences President Guo Moruo for this emerging atomic science city named Xinzhen. 1964, set up the new town of Xinzhen Town. 1968, the new town of Xinzhen Town, transferred to the Great Zicao Wu People's Commune. 1979, restored to the town. 1989, the town was changed to the street. As of the end of 2011, the total population of Newtown Street was 9,135. As of 2019, Xinzhen street under the jurisdiction of 2 communities, the office is located in the former New Street community.
