Qinghai Province, abbreviated as "Qing", is a provincial-level administrative region of the People's Republic of China, with the provincial capital Xining City; it is located in the interior of northwestern China, bordering Gansu Province in the north and east, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the northwestern part, Tibet Autonomous Region in the southern part and southwestern part, and Sichuan Province in the southeastern part, with the topography of the province generally showing a high level in the west and a low level in the east, and a high level in the north and south, and a low level in the central part.
