Xincheng Town is one of the pilot towns and civilized demonstration towns of small town construction in Tianjin, located on the south bank of the Haihe River within the boundary of Binhai New Area, Tianjin. With the Tanggu city across the river, south of Tanggu salt field, Dagang District, west and Jinnan District Gegu town adjacent to the Haihe River in the north, east of Henan Road, covers an area of 31 square kilometers, the population of 21,000 people, is located in the middle of the district.
