Xinbei Street, belonging to Tianjin Binhai New Area, is located in the north of the core area of Binhai New Area; from Jingshan Railway in the east, adjacent to Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area; in the south, to Jingjintang Highway and its extension, adjacent to Hangzhou Road Street; in the west, to Ningchegou Road, a Weihai Road and a Xinhe Main Drainage Canal, adjacent to Xinhe Street; in the north, to the Beihuan Railway, adjacent to Beitang Street; with a total area of 15.88 square kilometers. As of the end of 2016, the total population of Xinbei Street is about 91,800 people.
In November 2009, it was under the jurisdiction of Binhai New Area; in November 2010, Xinbei Street was established. As of June 2020, Xinbei Street has 14 communities under its jurisdiction.
In 2014, Xinbei Street realized industrial added value of 1.136 billion yuan, up 5.7% year-on-year; the total industrial output value above scale completed 337 million yuan, up 29.5% year-on-year.
