Singburi (Thai: สิงห์บุรี; English: SingBuri) is a province in central Thailand. Singburi is 142 kilometers east of Bangkok on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River. It was established in 1895, during the reign of Rama V, by merging three small riverside towns - Singburi, InBuri and PhromBuri.The province covers an area of about 822 square kilometers and is divided into six districts (wards).
