Taihe Township (revoked), belonging to Jialing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, is located in the northwestern part of Jialing District, connecting Shuanggui Township in the east, Taoyuan Township in the south, Jinbao Township in the west, and close to Yongqing Township and Lianchi Township in Xichong County in the north, with a total area of 19.5 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Taihe Township was 6,932.
In September 1958, the territory of Taihe Township was established as Zhonghe Commune; in February 1984, it was changed from Taihe Commune to Taihe Township. As of October 31, 2018, 11 administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of Taihe Township, with the township people's government stationed at the junction of Bishanmiao Village and Heya Mountain Village.In October 2019, Taihe Township was abolished and assigned to the jurisdiction of Shuanggui Township.
