Chunmu Township, belonging to neighboring county of Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southwestern part of the county seat of neighboring county, neighboring Tantong Township in the east, relying on Tantong Township and Huaying Township in the south, connecting Guanyinxi Township and Xikou Township of Huaying City in the west, and connecting with Sihai Township in the north. The area is 30.7 square kilometers, with a household population of 10,442 as of the end of 2018.
At the end of Daoguang in Qing Dynasty, Tongle Township was set up. In July, 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), it was merged with Tan Tong Township to form Tan Tong Township.In September, 1958, the township was changed to a commune.In December, 1981, it was changed to Tsubaki Township.In December, 2019, Tsubaki Township was abolished and Tsubaki Township was established. As of June 2020, Tsubaki Township has 5 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
