Huangxi Township (withdrawn), formerly under Yanting County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southeastern part of Yanting County, adjacent to Baohe Village, Yulong Township, to the east, bordering Zhaohong Village, Yulong Township, to the south, connecting with Zhonggou Village, Yulong Township, to the west, and neighboring with Huangdian Township, Team Horse Village, to the north. The township people's government is located 12 kilometers away from the county town. The total area is 27.5 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Huangxi Township had a household population of 7,847. In 1950, Yongxing Township was set up, belonging to Yulong District.In October 1995, Huangxi Township was analyzed and set up. As of October 2019, Huangxi Township has 1 community and 8 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township people's government stationed at No. 13 Yongxing Street.On December 25, 2019, Huangxi Township was abolished, and the administrative area it belongs to was transferred to the jurisdiction of Yulong Township. After the adjustment, Yulong Township has jurisdiction over Huangxi Township and the administrative areas belonging to Wangjiang Community, Qilin Community, Feilong Community, Hongshi Village, Zijiang Village, Xinjiagou Village, Baiya Village, Qingya Village, Zhaohong Village, Shuangma Village, Yangxing Village, Xujiaqiao Village, Xianglong Village, Zhoujia Village, Lancao Village, Panlong Village, Zhongling Village, Wufeng Village, Xinghuo Village, and Baohe Village, and the People's Government of Yulong Township is stationed at No.31 Wangjiang Street.
