Xiaoguan Street, a street under the jurisdiction of Chaoyang District, Beijing, is located in the northwestern part of Chaoyang District, between longitude 116°24′03″~116°25′29″E and latitude 39°58′26″~39°59′16″N. It is bordered by Shao Yao Xi Street in the east and Sun Palace Township in the south and Heping Street Street in the west. From Shao Yao West Street in the east, it borders with Sun Palace Township, in the south, it is separated from Jian'an East Road and Heping Street Street, in the west, it is bordered by the south section of Beiyuan Road and Yayuncun Street, and in the north, it borders with Datun Street at the east side of the North Fourth Ring Road. The maximum distance between east and west of the district is 1.9 kilometers, and the maximum distance between north and south is 1.3 kilometers, with a total area of 2.58 square kilometers. In November 1975, the Xiaoguan area was established as Deqing Road Street. in July 1978, Deqing Road Street was renamed Xiaoguan Street. As of June 2020, Xiaoguan Street has 7 communities under its jurisdiction.In 2011, Xiaoguan Street has a total population of 69,400 people and a total financial income of 310 million yuan, an increase of 13.6% over the previous year. From the point of view of each major tax, the completion of sales tax 170 million yuan, value-added tax 17 million yuan, corporate income tax 26 million yuan, respectively, 5%, 10.3%, 2.9% growth over the previous year. Per capita revenue of 4,687 yuan, an increase of 8.9% over the previous year.
