Changying Hui Township, a township (district) under the jurisdiction of Beijing's Chaoyang District, is located in the eastern part of Chaoyang District, between longitude 116°34′02″~116°37′30″E and latitude 39°54′55″~39°56′22″N. It is connected with Dengjiayao Village of Tongzhou District in the east, Guanzhuang Township in the south, Sanmafang Township in the west, and bounded by Louzizhuang Village of Jinzhan Township and East and West Xiaojing Village of Dongba Township in the north. The maximum distance between the east and west of the area is 5.4 kilometers, and the maximum distance between the north and south is 2.7 kilometers, with a total area of 9.3 square kilometers.
In July 1984, Changying Hui Township was established in Changying District and belonged to Tongzhou Shuangqiao Rural Office. in September 1998, Changying District belonged to Chaoyang District. in June 2000, Changying Hui Township was renamed Changying Hui Township. on December 17, 2002, Changying District Office was set up. The office and Changying Huizu Township are under one set of personnel and two brands.
As of June 2020, Changying Hui Township has 12 communities under its jurisdiction. As of the end of 2018, Changying Huizu Township had a household population of 35,363.In 2011, Changying Huizu Township's total financial revenue was 140 million yuan, an increase of 101.5% over the previous year. From the point of view of each major tax, the completion of business tax 0.6 billion yuan, value-added tax 0.2 billion yuan, enterprise income tax 0.3 billion yuan, personal income tax 0.1 billion yuan, respectively, compared with the previous year, an increase of 70.9%, 377.4%, 11.2%, -30.6%. Per capita fiscal revenue was 6,802 yuan.
