Renhe Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Shunyi District, Beijing, is located between longitude 116°35′37″~116°43′42″ East and latitude 40°03′54″~40°08′21″ North. It is located in the urban-rural combination of Shunyi District, east of Chaobai River, south of Liqiao Township, west of the Capital Airport, north of Mapo Township border. The town area is 42.96 square kilometers. It was called Renhe Town in the 17th year of the Republic of China (1928). 1949, it was the residence of the People's Government of Shunyi County, and belonged to Renhe Town District (Chengguan District). 1958, September, Renhe Town was changed to Chengguan Commune. 1965, April, the commune was changed to a town. 1969, the town was changed to a street at the end of the year, and in 1980, it was restored to Chengguan Town. 1990, February, Pinggezhuang Township merged with the township, and renamed Shunyi Town. 1998, December, Shunyi Town was changed to Renhe Area. , Shunyi Town was changed to Renhe District Office.In June 2000, Renhe Town was set up in the district office. As of the end of 2018, Renhe Township had a household population of 30,927. As of October 2019, Renhe Township has 2 communities and 14 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township government located at 9 Shunping West Road. In 2011, the total industrial output value of Renhe Town reached 30 billion yuan, an increase of 50% over the previous year, with an industrial added value of 15 billion yuan, accounting for 15% of GDP. Realized industrial tax revenue of 1.65 billion yuan, an increase of 30% over the previous year.
