Nanfaxin Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Shunyi District, Beijing, lies between longitude 116°34′21″~116°37′41″E and latitude 40°05′14″~40°09′43″N. It is located in the western part of Shunyi District, bordering Wangquan Street to the east and Capital Airport Street to the south, and connected with Mapo Township to the west. It is located in the western part of Shunyi District, bordering on Wangquan Street in the east, neighboring on Capital Airport Street in the south, bordering on Houshayu Town and Gaoliyang Town in the west, and connecting with Mapo Town in the north. The town area is 20.69 square kilometers. Anti-Japanese War period, the South Faxin area belongs to Luan Changhuai and Huishun Union County, the sixth district. Republic of China thirty-five years (1946) September to Republic of China thirty-six years (1947) December, belongs to the second district of Shunyi County. From December 1947 to April 1949, it belonged to Changshun United County. 1949, it belonged to the first district of Shunyi County. 1951, it was set up as Nanfaxin Township. 1961, June, it was set up as Nanfaxin People's Commune. 1965, December, it was merged into Chengguan People's Commune. 1975, February, it was re-established as Nanfaxin People's Commune. 1983, August, it was changed to township. 1998, April, it was changed to township. 1998, April. In 2011, the total industrial output value of Nanfaxin Town reached 2.33 billion yuan, an increase of 10% over the previous year, with an industrial added value of 600 million yuan, accounting for 29.6% of GDP. Gross local product realized 2.3 billion yuan, an increase of 75% over the previous year. Local tax revenue realized 780 million yuan, up 19% from the previous year. General budget revenue realized 220 million yuan, an increase of 28% over the previous year.
