Nancai Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Shunyi District, Beijing, is located at longitude 116°40'11"~116°47'18" east and latitude 40°06'30"~40°11'09" north. It is located in the east side of Shunyi urban area, neighboring Yang Town in the east, bordering with Li Sui Town in the south, Chaobai River in the west, and bordering with Beixiaoying Town in the north. The town area is 57.74 square kilometers. At the beginning of the Republic of China, the territory of Yu Xinzhuang belonged to Miyun County and Daxingzhuang belonged to Sanhe County.In 1949, it belonged to the seventh district of Shunyi County.In 1958, it belonged to the Wuli Management District of Yanggezhuang People's Commune.In 1962, Nancai People's Commune was established.In August 1983, the commune was changed to a township.In November 1989, the township was changed to a township.In March 1997, Fengyeong Township was merged into it.
