Xincun Street, a street under the jurisdiction of Fengtai District, Beijing, is located in the south-central part of Fengtai District, between longitude 116°14′17″~116°21′31″ East and latitude 39°46′07″~39°51′16″ North. In 1958, when Xincun Street was first established, it had jurisdiction over the bridge factory and the family area of 3603 factory. 1965, it had jurisdiction over Zaojia Village, Hanzhuangzi and Fanjiacun. 1970, it had jurisdiction over the area from Fengtai West Station and Jiandan in the west, Caoqiao and Yuquanying in the east, and the area on the south side of Fengtai Railway Line in the north. 1983, it was merged with Huangtugang Commune to form Huangtugang District Office. 1987, it was separated from Huaxiang (the former Huangtugang Commune) to form the street.
