Majiapu Street is a street under the jurisdiction of Fengtai District, Beijing, located in the southeast of Fengtai District, between longitude 116°20′56″~116°22′37″E and latitude 39°49′19″~39°51′21″N. It is bordered by Majiapu Road in the east, Xiluoyuan Street in the south, Dahongmen Street in the south, and Nanyuan Street in the west. From Majiapu Road in the east, it borders with Xiluoyuan Street and Dahongmen Street, from the Dahongmen Railway Line in the south, it borders with Nanyuan Street, from the west, it borders with Huaxiang and Xincun Street, and from the South Third Ring Road in the north, it borders with You'anmen Street. The jurisdiction has a maximum distance of 1.5 kilometers from east to west and 3.2 kilometers from north to south, with a total area of 5.2 square kilometers. As of October 2022, there are 17 communities under the jurisdiction of Majiapu Street. From the Ming Dynasty to the Republic of China, the Majiapu area belonged to Daxing County. After the liberation of Beiping, it belonged to Nanyuan District, which was abolished in August 1958 and belonged to Nanyuan Township of Fengtai District, and in May 1988, it belonged to Xiluoyuan Street, which was detached from Xiluoyuan Street on March 27, 1997, to establish Majiapu Street, which was transferred from Majiapu Street south of South Fourth Ring Road to Nanyuan Street in 2021, and is located in Jiayuan Third Street. Majiapu Street is located in Building 17, Jiayuan Sanli. In 2011, Majiapu Street had a total population of 120,000, with 1,800 commercial outlets and 21,800 employees. Total social merchandise sales of 2.9 billion yuan, an increase of 150 million yuan over the previous year. The financial tax revenue of the reserved area is 44 million yuan. Of which 34 million yuan of local revenue, an increase of 20.4% over the previous year. From the point of view of the main taxes, the completion of the value-added tax of 6 million yuan, an increase of 62.8% over the previous year, corporate income tax of 4 million yuan, an increase of 13.6% over the previous year.
