New town, belonging to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tongliao Naiman Banner, is located in the southeast of Naiman Banner, east of Kulun Banner six sub-towns, buckle Hezi town, south and Qinglongshan town adjacent to the west and Sharihao Lai town, Huanghua Tara Sumu border, north and solid Ribanhuasumu as neighbors. The area covers 808.89 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the new town had a household population of 42,645. In August 1956, Majiawazi Township was set up.In October 1958, Xinzhen Commune was established.In May 1983, it was renamed Xinzhen Township. As of June 2020, 37 administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of Xinzhen. As of the end of 2018, there were 35 industrial enterprises in Xinzhen, and 91 general stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
