Mingren Sumu, belonging to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tongliao Naiman Banner, is located in the northeastern part of the Naiman Banner, east and Kailu County Beixing Township adjacent to the south of the town of law and order, Dongming Township and six farms, the west and the town of Baxian tube town bordering the north and the Kailu County Kailu Township across the river. The area covers 539.92 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, Mingren Sumu had a household population of 27,355. In June 2006, the township was annexed.
