(3) Unless otherwise expressly stated, all provisions under this paragraph shall apply to your use of all services provided by the Merchants Network website.

You understand and agree that you have the obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.

(2) If your registration information changes, you should update your registration information in a timely manner. If you do not update your information in time as required by China Merchants Network, you will be liable for all losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and China Merchants Network.

(3) If the registration information provided by you is not true or inaccurate, China Merchants Network has the right to require you to re-modify the user registration information, suspension of use, until the cancellation of the member account, terminate the provision of all the services of China Merchants Network, China Merchants Network is not responsible for this.

(1) Once you have successfully registered with Merchants Network, you can use the registered account to log in to the user service area.

(2) Your account is set up by you and kept by you, and Merchants Network will not at any time ask you to provide your account and password on its own initiative. Therefore, you should keep your account number and password in good condition and ensure that you log out with the right steps at the end of each login period. You should keep your account and password in a safe place and immediately notify China Merchants Network of any leakage. China Merchants Network will take measures within a reasonable range, but the platform will not be responsible for losses caused by the user's own fault or force majeure.

(3) If you lose or forget your password, you can immediately contact the customer service hotline: 400-179-0979 to ask the staff of this site to retrieve the password. However, China Merchants Network does not assume responsibility for all security and confidentiality of the user's account number and password and the leakage of the user's account number and password for all losses and consequences.

(4) You shall be fully responsible for all activities and events under your account (including, but not limited to, signing various agreements, posting information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information online).

1. Registered members login “personal center”, you can enjoy the basic user service functions of the investment network. But you must promise and comply with relevant laws and regulations, you agree that you will not use the service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behavior:

(1) Using the Merchants Network Service System for any illegal purpose.

(2) makes commercial use of any data on the Merchants Network, including, but not limited to, using the information displayed on the Merchants Network online by any means such as reproduction or transmission without the written consent of the Merchants Network.

(3) otherwise interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the Merchants Network or any transaction or activity being conducted on the Merchants Network by using any device, software, or routine, or by taking any action that would result in the imposition of an unreasonably large data load on the Merchants Network equipment.

(4) Unfair competition in violation of the principle of honesty and good faith, maliciously disrupting the order of investment network transactions.

(5) Engaging in malicious behavior unrelated to trading in connection with the use of the platform.

You understand and agree:

(1) China Merchants Network is not involved in the actual transaction process, this website does not bear any responsibility for the trading activities of both parties to the transaction process and the results of the transaction, such as delivery, return, debt and all other results.

(2) If your behavior does not comply with the above terms and conditions, and any legal consequences arise, you should independently assume all legal responsibilities and ensure that Merchants Network is free from any losses or increased costs arising from this.

2. you can use your own account to produce, publish, disseminate information, the information refers to the user in the member login to produce, publish, disseminate all information and any material, including but not limited to data, text, software, music, sound, photos, drawings, images or other materials. However, you must undertake and comply with relevant laws and regulations, consciously safeguard national interests, social interests and the legitimate interests of others, shall not produce, publish, transmit containing the following content including but not limited to the following circumstances:

a. Contains an element of fraud, related to the sale of forgery or theft;

b. Infringement of any third party's right in rem, or copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right, or right of privacy, or right of reputation, in respect of the item;

c. Violation of any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, laws, statutes, ordinances or regulations governing export administration, trade quotas, consumer protection, unfair competition or false advertising);

d. Contains content that is defamatory (including commercial defamation), unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;

e. Is obscene or contains any child pornography;

f. Any virus, malicious program or other computer program that contains the intentional destruction, malicious interference, clandestine interception or expropriation of any system, data or personal information;

g. is directly or indirectly connected to, or contains a description of, any of the goods or services listed below:

i. Goods or services prohibited by these Terms;

ii. goods or services that you are not authorized to connect to or include.

You understand and agree:

(1) Merchants network only as a platform for information exchange for users to publish information on this site, access to information and based on the use of judgment and contact. You will produce, publish, disseminate in the investment network of all information on the authenticity, accuracy and legality of full responsibility.

(2) China Merchants Network is not responsible and liable for any information that you create, publish or transmit, including but not limited to any loss or damage to third party users as a result of any third party user's use of such information.

You may not publish on or buy or sell through the Platform website:

(a) Any item that may cause the Merchants Network to violate any relevant law, statute, ordinance or regulation;

(b) Any item currently included on the Merchants Network Prohibited Items List, which is incorporated herein by reference as an effective part of this Agreement and which Merchants Network reserves the right to interpret, revise and update.

For the material and data information provided by you, you grant this website the exclusive, worldwide, permanent, free license to use the right (and the right to sublicense the right at multiple levels), in addition, this website has the right (in whole or in part) to verify any information material published by you and according to the use, modification, reproduction, publication, translation, distribution, execution, display, and in known or later developed any form, media or technology to incorporate your information material into it. (2) Without limiting other remedies, in the event of any of the above circumstances, the Site may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your status as a user of the Merchants Network, and delete any commercial information posted by you as well as any other materials displayed by you on the Site.

(3) The user's right to use the Business Platform of China Merchants Network will be terminated immediately after the cessation of user services. The user will no longer enjoy any of the rights of the users of the business platform of China Merchants Network, China Merchants Network is not obliged to transmit any information that has not been received or sent.

China Merchants Network reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service for Members. If China Merchants Network modifies the Terms of Service for members, it will be announced to users on its important pages, and you can visit the relevant pages regularly to understand the content of the latest terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms of service, you can terminate the services provided by China Merchants Network. If you continue to accept the services provided by China Merchants Network, you are deemed to accept the modified terms of service for members. Any of the terms and conditions of the relevant state laws conflict with the state laws shall prevail.

3. Merchants Network does not exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of this service agreement, does not constitute a waiver of the foregoing rights or rights.

4. If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding. And the jurisdiction of the People's Court of Xiqing District, Tianjin City, where the operating body of Merchants Network is located.
