Zhouning County, belonging to Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located in the northeastern part of Fujian Province, with geographic coordinates between latitude 26°53′~27°19′ north and longitude 119°7′~119°29′ east, and has a mid-subtropical oceanic monsoon montane climate, with distinctive seasons, long winters and short summers, and a total area of 1,035 square kilometers. As of October 2022, Zhouning County has 6 towns and 3 townships under its jurisdiction, with the county people's government stationed at No. 11, Beimen Road, Shicheng Township.
