Of this, Factory Building A5 covers approximately 12,537 square meters, the dormitory building covers approximately 8,103 square meters, and the basement covers 4,318 square meters.The Sanming Zhongguancun Smart Industrial Park adheres to Class C factory building standards. Each floor spans approximately 3,000 square meters, with a maximum column spacing of 9.8 meters. The first-floor ceiling height is 7.8 meters, the second floor is 5.4 meters, and the standard floor height is 5 meters.There are a total of 6 elevators, including individual freight elevators with a load capacity of 3 tons.
