Kengdi Township, belonging to Shouning County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located in the northern part of Shouning County, bordering Luoyang Township and Lingbei Township, Taishun County, Zhejiang Province, to the east, adjoining Rhinoceros Creek Township and Da'an Township to the southeast and south, bordering Jianggen Township and Guantang Township, Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province to the west, and neighboring Yanxi Township of Jingning County, Zhejiang Province to the north, with the People's Government of the Township located 27 km away from the county city of Shouning and the area covering a total area of 197.71 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, the household population of Kengdi Township was 18,525.
Before the county was established, it belonged to Zhenghe County Zhengheli XI Du and XII Du; in September 1984, it was changed to Kengdi Township. As of October 2021, there are 20 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Kengdi Township, and the township people's government is located at No. 12, Kengdi Street, Kengdi Village.
