Xicin Town, belonging to Yanping District, Nanping City, Fujian Province, is located in the southwest of Yanping District, on the banks of Futun Creek and Shaxi Creek, connected with Xia Dao Town in the east, bordering with Tazian Town in the southeast, neighboring Shaxian District, Sanming City in the southwest, and bordering with Mangdang Town in the north, with an area of 250.3 square kilometers of administrative area.
