Fushou Town, belonging to Nanchuan District, Chongqing, is located in the northern part of Nanchuan District, adjacent to Mingyu Town in the east, bordering Xicheng Street in the south, neighboring Muliang Township and Hetu Township in the west, and adjoining Shixixi Township in the north, 21 kilometers away from the People's Government Residence of Nanchuan District, with a total area of 42.19 square kilometers.
In the sixth year of the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty (1667), the territory of Fushou Township belonged to Nanchuan Fulu Li Erjia; in 2015, it was changed from Fushou Township to Fushou Township. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Fushou Town was 12,351. As of June 2020, Fushou Town has 5 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is located in Luodongping.
