The project is located in the Innovation Economy Corridor of Chongqing’s Liangjiang New Area (No. 66 Tonggui 3rd Road, Huixing, Yufengshan Town, Liangjiang New Area) and enjoys excellent transportation access. It covers an area of 63.38 mu, with a planned gross floor area of 65,000 square meters.To the south, it borders the Gangcheng Industrial Park and the Haier Industrial Park, while to the east, it is adjacent to the Changan Automobile, Hyundai Motor, and Jin Kang Automobile manufacturing plants. At the same time, the region leverages core enterprises such as OPPO, Transsion, and Shenzhen Technology to develop the smart terminal industry—including smartphones—and build a smart terminal industrial chain cluster;Leveraging Chongqing’s vehicle manufacturers, the project aims to establish a key automotive electronics industrial park for the city, develop upstream and downstream automotive electronics supply chains, and form two pillar industries—“smart terminals” and “automotive electronics”—to create a future-oriented advanced industrial cluster.
