Three drive town, belonging to Chongqing Dazu District, is located in the western part of Dazu District, east and Baoxing Town, Longgang Street adjacent to the south and Longshi Town connected to the west and Ji Jia Town, Tieshan Town adjacent to the north and Gao Sheng Town, bordering on the people's government of the Dazu District, 15 km away from the location of the people's government of the Dazu District, the area covers a total area of 76.56 square kilometers. In the first year of Kangxi in Qing Dynasty (1662), the ancestors of immigrant Hu Clan went to the area of Sanxu Town to reclaim the land and build a house, which was named Laohechang and belonged to Jiashengli; in January 1994, it was changed from Sanxu District to Sanxu Town. As of the end of 2018, the household population of Sanxu Town was 54,965. As of June 2020, Sanxu Town has 6 communities and 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town's people's government is located at No. 1, Huimin Road, a group of Shuangji communities. In 2018, there were 25 industrial enterprises in Sanxu Town, of which 1 was above scale, and there were 5 general stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
