Guoliang Town, belonging to Dazu District, Chongqing, is located in the northeastern part of Dazu District, adjacent to Yongxi Town in the east, Wangu Town in the south, Huilong Town in the west, and Tongliang District in the north, 25 kilometers away from the Dazu District People's Government, with a total area of 38.9 square kilometers.
During the Qing Dynasty, the territory of Guoliang Township belonged to Qushui Li; in 1993, it was merged by Guoliang Township and Qushui Township into Guoliang Township.
