Jijia town, belonging to Chongqing Dazu District, is located in the western end of Dazu District, east and Sanxu town border, south and Rongchang District Hebao town border, west and Rongchang District Tonggu town border, north and Tieshan town connected to the people's government of Dazu District, 23 km away from the location of the people's government of Dazu District, the region covers a total area of 53.53 square kilometers. In the twenty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1935), it was the Jijia Lianbao of Sanxu Town; at the end of 1993, it was merged by 2 townships, namely Jijia Township and Longtang Township, into Jijia Town.
