Baoxing Town, belonging to Chongqing Dazu District, is located in the heart of Dazu District, east of Longshui Town, south of Zhuxi Town, Longshi Town, west of the three drive town, north of Longgang Street, Tongxiang Street, 12 kilometers from the Dazu District People's Government Residence, a total area of 51.69 square kilometers.
In the 29th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1903), Baoxing Township territory was built as a field; in December 1993, it was merged into Baoxing Township by Baoxing Township and Liuhe Township.
