Jiuduhe Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Huairou District, Beijing, is located between longitude 116°16′40″~116°29′41″E and latitude 40°18′43″~40°30′02″N. It is located in the southwestern part of Huairou District, neighboring Bohai Township in the north and Qiaozi Township in the south-east. Located in the southwest of Huairou District, it is adjacent to Bohai Township in the north, Qiaozi Township in the southeast, Changling Township in Changping District in the southwest, and Dazhuangke Township and Sihai Township in Yanqing District in the northwest. The town area is 178.31 square kilometers.
During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Jiuduhe area belonged to Changping Prefecture. At the beginning of the Republic of China (R.O.C.), it belonged to Changping County, and in 1945, it belonged to Huairou County. 1958, it belonged to Bayi People's Commune, and in 1961, it was established as Huangkan People's Commune and Huanghuacheng People's Commune, and in 1983, the commune was changed into a township. The commune was changed to a township.In 1998, the 2 townships of Huangkan and Huanghuacheng were merged into Jiuduhe Township. As of late 2018, Jiuduhe Township had a household population of 17,397. As of October 2019, Jiuduhe Township has 1 community and 10 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township government stationed in Huangkan Village, Jiuduhe Township.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Jiuduhe Town was 148.701 million yuan. The total financial income was 50.369 million yuan, an increase of 34.3% over the previous year.
