Dayushu Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Yanqing District, Beijing, is located in the southeastern part of the urban area of Yanqing District, between longitude 115°55′44″~116°04′22″E and latitude 40°22′18″~40°28′31″N. It is bordered by Jingzhuang Town in the east, Badaling Town in the south and Kangzhuang Town in the west, and Shenjiaying Town in the north. It is bordered by Jingzhuang Township in the east, Badaling Township in the south, Kangzhuang Township and Yanqing Township in the west, and Shenjiaying Township in the north across the Guishui River. The town area is 60.57 square kilometers.

At the same time, Dongxinyuan, Xinbaozhuang and Bianjiying were reallocated to Xiaotun Brigade.In 1961, Dayushu People's Commune was established.On May 30, 1966, it was renamed Gaomiaotun Commune.In February 1981, it was restored as Dayushu Commune.In 1983, the commune was changed to a township.In 1990, Sijiaying Village was assigned to Yanqing Township.On July 1, 2000, the 2 townships of Dayushu and Xiaotun were merged into Dayushu Township. As of the end of 2018, Dayushu Town had a household population of 15,353. As of June 2020, Big Elm Township has 1 community and 25 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township government stationed at No. 52, Big Elm Village.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Dayushu Town was 110 million yuan, an increase of 5.7% over the previous year, and the added value of agriculture accounted for 28% of GDP.
