Shicheng Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Miyun District, Beijing, is located in the northwest of Miyun District, between 116°39'35"~116°53'40 "E and 40°29'56"~40°42'18 "N. It is adjacent to Miyun Reservoir in the east, bordering Xionzhuang Town in the south and Liulimiao Town in Huairou District in the west. It is adjacent to Miyun Reservoir in the east, bordering with Xionzhuang Town in the south, Liulimiao Town in Huairou District in the west, and connected with Fengjiayu Town in the north as far as Baihe Valley. The town area is 252.8 square kilometers.
The Republic of China thirty-six years (1947) in February, Shicheng area belongs to the first district of Yihua County. 1949 August, belongs to the first district of Miyun County. 1950, belongs to the fourth district of Miyun County. 1953, the district was changed to the Shitang Road, Zhangjiaguan, Lotus petals, HuangYukou, YingChengLing, WangZhuang, Catch the river plant 7 townships. 1956, merged into the west bay, WangZhuang, cold wind dianzi, Zhangjiaguan, Catch the river plant 5 townships. In February 1958, it was merged into 3 townships of Xizhuangzi, Nancun and Huangtuliang.In September 1958, it was merged into Quanfeng People's Commune.In May 1960, it was merged into Fengjiayu People's Commune.In June 1961, it was built as Shicheng People's Commune.At the end of 1983, it was changed into a township.In 2001, it was changed into a town. As of the end of 2018, Shicheng Town had a household population of 5,900. As of June 2020, Shicheng Town has 1 community and 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town government is located in Shicheng Village, Shicheng Town, Miyun District.
In 2011, the total industrial output value of Shicheng Town was 10.638 million yuan, 47.2% less than the previous year. Total fiscal revenue of 20.77 million yuan, an increase of 25% over the previous year. From the perspective of each major tax, the completion of sales tax of 8.74 million yuan, income tax of 2.73 million yuan, value-added tax of 6.06 million yuan, other taxes of 3.24 million yuan. Per capita fiscal revenue of 3,592 yuan, an increase of 26.4% over the previous year.
