Fengjiayu Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Miyun District, Beijing, is located in the Sanbei area of Miyun District, between longitude 116°46′28″~116°57′40″ East and latitude 40°33′47″~40°47′59″ North. It borders with Bulaotun Town in the east, the north bank of Miyun Reservoir in the south, Huairou District in the west, and Luanping County in Hebei Province in the north. The town area is 214.25 square kilometers.
In 1953, Fengjiayu area was set up as Fengjiayu Township.In 1958, it was changed to Shengli Commune.In 1983, it was reset as Fengjiayu Township.In 1993, the township was changed to a town. As of the end of 2018, Fengjiayu Township had a household population of 9,081. As of June 2020, Fengjiayu Township has 1 community and 18 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township government residing in Fengjiayu Village.
In 2011, the total industrial output value of Fengjiayu Town reached 170 million yuan, an increase of 8.2% over the previous year. The total financial income of 38 million yuan, an increase of 19% over the previous year. From the point of view of the main taxes, the completion of the value-added tax 9 million yuan, 14 million yuan of corporate income tax, respectively, an increase of -15%, 28% over the previous year.
