Beizhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Miyun District, Beijing, is located in the northeastern part of Miyun District, between longitude 117°05′58″~117°15′28″ East and latitude 40°26′16″~40°32′55″ North. It is adjacent to Shimenshan Town, Xinglong County, Hebei Province in the east, Dachengzi Town in the south, Taishitun Town in the west, and Miaoludong Town, Xinglong County, Hebei Province in the north. The town area is 84.25 square kilometers.
In 1953, Beizhuang area was set up as a township.In 1961, the township was changed to a commune.In 1983, the commune was changed to a township.In 2001, the township was changed to a town. As of the end of 2018, Beizhuang Township had a household population of 8,636. As of June 2020, Beizhuang Township has 1 community and 11 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township government is located at No. 142 Huasheng Road Street in Beizhuang Village.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Beizhuang Town reached 170 million yuan, an increase of 0.6% over the previous year. The total revenue of 32.706 million yuan, an increase of 20.2% over the previous year. From the perspective of each major tax, 16.625 million yuan of sales tax, 411,000 yuan of value-added tax, 4.31 million yuan of corporate income tax and 5.212 million yuan of property tax were completed.
