Sicundian Town, belongs to Wuqing District, Tianjin. It is located in the central part of Wuqing District, 14 kilometers from Yangcun Town, with a total area of 53 square kilometers. As of October 2022, Sicundian Township has 1 community and 9 villages under its jurisdiction. Sicundian Township, named because of its location in Sicundian, belonged to the first district of Wuqing County in 1939. 1958, it belonged to the Nancai Village Jiuwu People's Commune. 1961, it was established as the Sicundian Commune. 1983, it was established as the Sicundian Township. The Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway, Beijing-Tianjin Expressway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and provincial highways Langliang Road, Dadong Road and Gaowang Road run through the town of Sicundian.
