Xuguantun Street, belonging to Wuqing District of Tianjin, is located in the north of Wuqing District, bordered by Caozili Town in the east, Yangcun Street in the south, bordered by Dongpuwa Street in the west, and adjoined by Daliqiwei Town and Nan Caicun Town in the north, with a total area of 19 square kilometers, and a total population of 13,184 people as of the end of 2011.
In July 1982, the township was established, due to changes in zoning, the original Yangcun Township was divided into Yangcun Township and Yangcun Township, the new Yangcun Township, including the original Yangcun Township, Baojiaying, Shagudui, Feizhuang, Xuezhuang, Mazhuang, Chuzhuang, Duanzhuang, Chaikuan, Xuguantun, Xiaoxinzhuang, Xinliuzhuang 11 villages, the Dutonqiu Commune (later changed to East Puhua Township) Kongguantun, Chenguantun, Zhenglou, CaoYuan four villages into the Yangcun Township. 2001, in December.
