The full relocation and establishment of Quadrant Space (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd. symbolized the “beginning” of the eight-year partnership between Guichuan United and the Wuqing Automotive Park.
Originally established in Beijing, Quadrant Space primarily engages in the R&D and production of aircraft engines and unmanned aerial vehicle power systems, operating within the high-end equipment manufacturing sector—a field characterized by long R&D cycles, substantial capital investment, and high technical complexity.
However, through the concerted efforts of the Wuqing Automotive Park and the GuChuan United team, they sowed the “seeds” of this cutting-edge industry with a forward-looking vision.
Over the past few years, Quadrant Space has expanded its facility area more than 20-fold, doubled its workforce, and grown its annual revenue from several million to 50 million yuan.
Such rapid growth would not have been possible without the full support of the Wuqing government and the park in areas such as project assistance, industrial policies, talent recruitment, and scientific research and innovation.

Today, to drive high-quality industrial transformation and development, the Aerospace Propulsion Industry Base—a research platform project spearheaded by Quadrant Space, with the joint participation of academic teams from Beihang University and the Civil Aviation University of China, and the strong support of the Wuqing District Party Committee, government, and Automotive Park—has been established in Wuqing.
Led by enterprises, facilitated by the government, and integrating industry and research—this initiative drives talent aggregation and the commercialization of research outcomes through the collaborative efforts of multiple stakeholders. It is evident that the successful launch of this project will open a new chapter in Quadrant Space’s development in Wuqing.

In March, the head of the Science and Technology Bureau provided professional guidance on the annual statistical reports for high-tech enterprises and the Torch Program, as well as technology-related statistical forms, clearing up any confusion for companies during the filing process;
In April, experts from the District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Nankai University Institute for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development conducted field visits and surveys of 14 key enterprises in the park, outlining clear development paths for both the enterprises and the industry.
