Wenchang Street, belonging to Tianjin Jizhou District, is the seat of Jizhou District Party Committee and District Government, located in the middle of Jizhou District, east and Yuqiao Reservoir, south and Yuyang Town, Zhouhewan Town, west and Guanzhuang Town adjacent to the north and Yuyang Town as a neighbor, with a total area of 19.43 square kilometers. In 1961, it was organized as Chengguan Commune, and in 1985, Chengguan Town merged with Chengguan Township and was called Chengguan Town. 1992, Chengguan Town was analyzed and reconstructed as a street in Jixian County, and in 2004, it became Wenchang Street. As of October 2022, there are 33 communities under the jurisdiction of Wenchang Street. Wenchang Street is located at No.48 East Renmin Road.
