Dutouling Town, belonging to Jizhou District, Tianjin, is located in the eastern part of Jizhou District, bordering Shimen Town, Zunhua City in the east, neighboring Xilonghuyu Town in the south, Mashanqiao Town in the west, and Ping'an Town, Zunhua City in the north, and is 35 km away from the urban area of Jizhou, with a total area of 58.6 square kilometers. As of 2019, the registered population of Datuling Town is 36,665. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty (1736-1796), the territory of the current Dutuling Township belonged to Zunhua Prefecture; in October 2001, it was changed from Dutuling Township to Dutuling Township. As of June 2020, 36 administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of Dutouling Township, with the township's people's government residing in Dutouling Village. As of the end of 2019, there are 115 industrial enterprises in Dutuling Town, including 3 above scale, and 42 general stores or supermarkets with business area over 50 square meters.
