Heilongba town, belonging to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tongliao City, Kailu County, is located in the western part of Kailu County, east and Danyushu Town, northeast and Yi and Tara Town border, west and Maixin Town adjacent to the south, north and Naiman Banner Mingren Sumu, Chifeng City, Arukorqin Banner Shaugen Sumu across the West Liao River and the Xinkai River, respectively. The area covers 160.55 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the household population was 22,253.
In April 1962, the establishment of Heilongba Township. in September 1978, Heilongba People's Commune.
