Goumen Town, belonging to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Baotou City, Tumet Right Banner, is located in the northern part of the Tumet Right Banner, east of Subogei Township, south of Salazhi Township, west of Donghe District, north of the border with Guyang County, Xinjian Town. The area covers 187.9 square kilometers. As of the end of 2018, the household population was 28,873.
