Tumet Right Banner, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region flag, located in the central part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, southeastern Baotou City, is located on the north bank of the Yellow River, is a continental semi-arid monsoon climate, adjacent to eight banners, counties (districts), with a total area of 2,356.05 square kilometers. Tumet is a Mongolian name meaning "tens of thousands", originating from "Tumet Department" in the Ming Dynasty.
