Guangling Town, belonging to Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the southeastern part of Taixing City, bordering Coral Town in the east, Jingjiang City Unity Town in the south across the Jingtai Boundary River, neighboring Quxia Town in the west, connecting with River Loss Town in the northwest, and connecting with Huangqiao Town in the north, with an administrative area of 58.66 square kilometers. As of the end of 2019, Guangling Township had a household population of 56,989.
During the Ming Dynasty, it was Baoquan Township; in December 1986, the township was abolished and Guangling Township was established; in March 2000, Ningjie Township was incorporated. As of June 2020, Guangling Township has 2 communities and 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township's people's government stationed in Guangling Community.
