Si Lun Town, belongs to Luoding City, Guangdong Province. It is located in the western part of Luoding City in the mountainous area of Yunkai Dashan, close to Raise Town in the north, bordering with Cenxi City of Guangxi in the northwest, and bordering with Lishao Town, Longwan Town, and Jiayi Town in the east, west, and south. The town has a total area of 233.8 square kilometers; it has 28 villages (neighborhood) committees under its jurisdiction and a household population of 82,640 (2019). According to the seventh census data, as of 00:00 on November 1, 2020, the resident population of Sialun Township was 45,263 people.
With a long history, Si Lun has traditionally been the center of economy, culture, transportation and bazaar in the western part of Luoding City. In the Tang Dynasty, it was the land of Zhennan County; in the Northern Song Dynasty, Zhennan County was merged into Takishui County; in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it belonged to Luoding Prefecture. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was part of Luoding Prefecture. During the Republic of China period, it belonged to the fourth district of Luoding, and in 1958, it was established as Siren People's Commune, and in 1986, it was established as a town; in October 2003, it was abolished and merged into Siren Town.
