Article 2  Reward funds to support enterprises to carry out independent innovation, technological transformation, market development, talent cultivation and other production and business activities, access to funds for the implementation of reward funds for the enterprise account management, and actively cooperate with the relevant departments to monitor and inspections, audits, performance evaluation and other work.

Article 4 of the incentive standards are as follows:

(a) For manufacturing enterprises with incremental value added exceeding 5 million yuan and less than 6 million yuan, a one-time incentive of 100,000 yuan will be given;

(b) For manufacturing enterprises with incremental value added exceeding 6 million yuan and less than 7 million yuan, a one-time award of 200,000 yuan;

(c) For manufacturing enterprises with incremental value added exceeding 7 million yuan and less than 8 million yuan, a 300,000 yuan One-time award;

(d) For manufacturing enterprises with incremental value added exceeding 8 million yuan and less than 9 million yuan, a one-time award of 400,000 yuan will be given;

(e) For manufacturing enterprises with incremental value added exceeding 9 million yuan, a one-time award of 500,000 yuan will be given. manufacturing enterprises will be given a one-time award of 500,000 yuan.

For enterprises with no base of zero industrial value added in the first quarter of 2022, the incremental value added will be rewarded progressively according to the above criteria.

Article 5 of the Rules of the source of funds for the award shall be implemented in accordance with the following provisions:

Article VI reward declaration procedures are as follows:

Article VII of the declaration materials are as follows:

Article 10  The use and management of the funds of these rules shall comply with the relevant state laws, regulations, rules and policies, and the strict implementation of the financial funds management system. Industry and information technology departments at all levels, in conjunction with the financial sector is responsible for the use of enterprise incentive funds for supervision and management.
