Liubinbao Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Yanqing District, Beijing, is located in the eastern part of Yanqing District, between longitude 116°11′07″~116°21′20″E and latitude 40°30′38″~40°38′36″N. It is neighboring with Sihai Township in the east, bordering with Yongning Township in the south and west, and connected with Qianjiadian Township in the north by mountains. It is adjacent to Sihai Township in the east, bordered by Yongning Township in the south and west, bounded by Baihe Trough with Xiangying Township in the northwest, and connected to Qianjiadian Township with mountains in the north. The area of the township is 122.02 square kilometers.
The Republic of China thirty-five years (1946), LiuBinBao area belongs to the three districts of Sihai County. 1951, belongs to the eight districts of Yanqing County. 1953, built YingPan, LiuBinBao, HongGuoSi 3 townships. 1956, merged into LiuBinBao, HongGuoSi 2 townships. 1957, HongGuoSi township merged into the township of LiuBinBao. 1958, transferred to YongNing Commune, for LiuBinBao brigade. 1967, built the DaguanTou commune. In 1973, the name was changed to Liu Binbao Commune.In 1983, the commune was changed to a township. As of the end of 2018, Liu Binbao Township had a household population of 7,247. As of June 2020, Liu Binbao Township has 1 community and 16 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, with the township government stationed in Liu Binbao Village.
In 2011, Liubinburg Township has a total of 21,000 mu of arable land, per capita 2.9 mu. The total agricultural output value of 28.048 million yuan, an increase of 26.2% over the previous year. The total industrial output value reached 6.12 million yuan, an increase of 2% over the previous year, with an industrial added value of 850,000 yuan.
