Kangzhuang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Yanqing District, Beijing, is located in the southwest of Yanqing District, between longitude 115°47′25″~115°56′48″E and latitude 40°21′17″~40°27′17″N. It is close to Yanqing Township in the east and Danyushu Township and Badaling Town in the west and south, and borders with Huailai County, Hebei Province. East of Yanqing Township, Dayushu Township, Badaling Township, west and south of the border with Huailai County, Hebei Province, northwest of Guanting Reservoir, north of Guanting Reservoir and Zhangshanying Township. The town area is 100.67 square kilometers. Republic of China twenty-nine years (1940), the Communist Party opened up the Pingbei base area, Kangzhuang area belongs to the Changyan joint county eight districts. Republic of China thirty-four years (1945), the first liberation of the Kangzhuang area, belonging to the Jinchaji Border Region leadership, set up a special zone in Kangzhuang. Republic of China thirty-seven years (1948), Kangzhuang area of the second liberation, belongs to the Chahar Province Yanqing County. In the same year, Kangzhuang was divided into one, two, three and four streets.In December 1949, it was changed to Kangzhuang District.In 1956, it was changed to Kangzhuang Town.In 1958, it was incorporated into Yanqing People's Commune, and Kangzhuang Town was changed to Kangzhuang Brigade.In 1961, it was analyzed and set up as Kangzhuang Commune by Yanqing Commune.In 1983, it was changed to a township.In 1990, it was changed to a township. As of the end of 2018, Kangzhuang Town had a household population of 26,647. As of June 2020, Kangzhuang Town has 3 communities and 31 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town government is located at No. 2 Zhengtong Road, Kangzhuang Town. In 2011, the gross agricultural output value amounted to 290 million yuan, an increase of 21% over the previous year. Total industrial output value of 1.31 billion yuan, an increase of 10% over the previous year. The total fiscal revenue was 1.83 million yuan, an increase of 11.6% over the previous year. From the point of view of each major tax, the completion of sales tax 558,000 yuan, value-added tax of 560,000 yuan, corporate income tax 713,000 yuan, respectively, compared with the previous year, an increase of 49%, -34%, 72%.
