South Dulehe Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Pinggu District, Beijing, lies between longitude 117°10′01″~117°17′58″E and latitude 40°06′16″~40°16′24″N. It is located in the eastern part of Pinggu District, neighboring Jinhaihu Township in the east and Lujiayu Village in Xujiadai Township in Jizhou District, Tianjin in the south. It is located in the eastern part of Pinggu District, adjacent to Jinhaihu Town in the east, bordering on Lujiayu Village of Xujiadai Township of Jizhou District of Tianjin City in the south, adjacent to Shandong Zhuang Town in the west, and connected to Huangsongyu Township in the north. The town area is 69.53 square kilometers.
In July 1956, Nan Dulehe area was established as Nan Dulehe Township.In September 1958, the township was changed to a commune and merged into Hanzhuang People's Commune.In June 1961, Nan Dulehe People's Commune was established.In April 1984, the commune was changed to a township.In March 1990, the township was changed to a town. As of the end of 2018, the town of Nan Dulehe had a household population of 23,297. As of June 2020, there are 13 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Nandulehe Town, and the town government is located at No.19 Tongle Road, Nandulehe Town.
In 2011, the total industrial output value of Nan Dulehe Town was 180 million yuan, an increase of 35.2% over the previous year. Local financial income of 10.05 million yuan, an increase of 333.2% over the previous year. From the perspective of each major tax, the completion of sales tax of 8.9 million yuan, value-added tax of 480,000 yuan, corporate income tax of 670,000 yuan.
