Mafang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Pinggu District, Beijing, lies between longitude 116°57′18″~117°02′16″ East and latitude 40°01′41″~40°06′15″ North. It is located in the southwestern part of Pinggu District, east of Donggao Village Town, south of Nan Niezhuang Village in Sanhe City, Hebei Province, west of Shunyi District, and north of Machangying Town. The town area is 37.45 square kilometers. In January 1958, Mafang township set up within the area of Mafang township. 1958 September, changed the Mafang management area. 1961 June, changed to Mafang People's Commune. 1970, the construction of the Huangsongyu Reservoir, DiaoWo villagers moved and set up a new team of villages. 1975 February, analysis of the new team, West Taipingzhuang, pitchforks Zhuang, North Stone Channel, HeKui, puddle, GuoGeZhuang, YingCheng, East hit, beat the TieZhuang, PearYang 11 villages, set up YingCheng People's Commune. 1977, the town of YingCheng People's Commune. In April 1984, the commune was changed to a township, and on November 15, 1996, the township was changed to a town, and on June 26, 2000, Yingcheng Township was merged into it, and in 2003, the Mafang District Office was set up, with a "one set of people, two brands" system. As of the end of 2018, Mafang had a household population of 22,491. As of June 2020, Mafang Town has 4 communities and 22 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town government is located at No. 1 Jinhe Street in Mafang Town. In 2011, the total industrial output value of Mafang Town amounted to 1.37 billion yuan, an increase of 32.9% over the previous year, with an industrial added value of 290 million yuan. Total fiscal revenue of 597.17 million yuan, a decrease of 43% over the previous year, of which 117.8 million yuan of local revenue, an increase of 237% over the previous year, from the point of view of the main taxes, the completion of the sales tax of 170.64 million yuan, 27.46 million yuan of value-added tax, 38.93 million yuan of corporate income tax, personal income tax of 19.42 million yuan, compared with the previous year, respectively, an increase of 334%, 3%, 187%, 18%.
