Xiditou Town, belonging to Beichen District of Tianjin, is located in the eastern part of Beichen District, bordering Ninghe District in the east, Dongli District in the south, Dazhangzhuang Town in the west, and Wuqing District in the north, with an area of 89.65 square kilometers in the administrative area of the town. As of the end of 2019, Xiditou Town had a household population of 39,301. In April 1983, the commune was changed to a township.In March 1992, the township was changed to a town.In 2002, Huozhuangzi Township was incorporated into Xiditou Township. As of June 2020, Xiditou Township has 10 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the township people's government is located in Xiditou Village. In 2011, the total financial income of Xiditou Town was 0.7 billion yuan, an increase of 37.7% over the previous year. From the perspective of each major tax, the completion of sales tax 0.1 billion yuan, value-added tax 0.03 billion yuan, enterprise income tax 0.07 billion yuan, personal income tax 0.02 million yuan, respectively, 68.6%, 30.8%, 74.5%, 45.2% over the previous year; farmers per capita net income of 14,750 yuan. As of the end of 2019, Xiditou Township had 290 industrial enterprises, including 40 industrial enterprises above the scale, and 50 supermarkets or general stores with business area over 50 square meters.
