Fandian Township (withdrawn), formerly under Shawan District, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southwestern part of Shawan District, east and northeast of Gongzui Township, Shawan Township, south across the Dadu River and Ebian Yizuzizhixian Wudu Township, west to the north of Emeishan City, township people's government from the urban area of the city of Shawan is about 10.6 kilometers, with a total area of 49.31 square kilometers.
In the early years of the Qing Yongzheng, the territory of Fandian Township belonged to Jiading Prefecture; in 2019, the administrative area of Fandian Township was incorporated into Shawan Township; as of the end of 2018, Fandian Township had a household population of 3,786; as of 2019, Fandian Township had 1 community and 5 administrative villages under its jurisdiction; the township people's government was stationed at Fanxing Street.
